Dedication to the Staff of 1914

At the end of 1914, the Leaving Certificate class presented a beautifully executed calligraphied manuscript, decorated with native flowers.

The dedication is a highly decorative script, with a "two blues" theme and is framed.

The first two years of the school's operation were held in the Macquarie and Jubilee Halls as no school building had been made available. The foundation stone was laid in 1914 and the new school was ready for occupation at the beginning of the school year in 1915. What a year it would be.
