Who's coming?  Almost everyone!!!!! We're now thinking of opening a private detective agency. We've attached a list of all those who have said yes and as you will see, it's great to see that so many people are coming. If you can help us with locating those we are still trying to get in touch with we'd greatly appreciate it.

What are the details?

Where: Anderson Suite (on the ground floor),
Courtyard Hotel by Marriott (aka Marriott Hotel),

Date: Saturday, 7 November.
Time: 7.00pm to 11.30pm
Cost: $75.
Dress: Formal, smart casual, school uniform, flares, Kaftans - remember, it's your night so you can dress however you wish (but respectable, please!). We should leave the thongs at home though.

What do we get for the cost?

Function Room Hire, DJ, Decorations; Pre dinner drinks 7:00pm to 7:30pm
Buffet style 3 course dinner; 4 hours of drinks
As you can see, I think we have done quite well to get so much for the price!

What about if we want to stay at the hotel?

We have negotiated a very special rate of $99 per room, twin share (includes breakfast). This is what clinched it with the Marriott, as the other hotels were going to charge around $150! They also have spa suites which a $149 per room, twin share (includes breakfast).

Bookings are to be made direct with the hotel. You should book before 15 September (to ensure you get a room) and you MUST mention you are part of the PHS reunion to get the discount rate.

Parking
There is a parking station next to the hotel, which has secure, off-street parking. The hotel recommends that people should park here, rather than on the street. For people who are staying at the hotel, parking is complementary (you must get your ticket stamped when you check out). Otherwise, the parking is $3 (you must tell them you have attended a function at the Marriott to get the discounted $3 rate).

Payment Deadline
We have already paid the deposit. We need your money by 18 September to get things finalised. Details on how to pay by contacting a Organising Committee member.

Partners
Almost everyone has said that they do not intend to bring their partners. Let's face it, they'll probably be bored out of their minds. However, if you do wish to have your partner share in the moment, they will have to pay $75 as well.

Video of the night
We thought we may hire someone to take a video of the festivities. If you are interested, we expect this will cost $15 each. You will need to send us this money by the 18th September as well.

Special dietary requirements
If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know. We will do everything we can to have the hotel accommodate your request.
